The Mountain View church of Christ is non-denominational because we are bound by the Word of God to be nothing more or less than the Lord's church. We take no human name, by using the divine, describing ourselves as belonging to Christ. We teach that one is brought into the church, or body of Christ, (Acts 2:47, Colossians 1:18,24) by means of faith (belief), repentance, confessing Christ as Lord, and baptism (immersion) for the forgiveness of sins.Our congregation believes that we require book, chapter, and verse to understand what God expects of us. Only then are we acting within God's will (John 12:48, Hebrews 5:9, 1 John 2:3-5).

Meet Our Minister
Jason Stewart Evangelist
Jason Stewart has served as the minister of the Mountain View Church of Christ since 2014. Previously, he studied at San Jose Bible College and online at Nations University for his formal ministry training. He currently plans to pursue a Divinity degree through distance learning.
